Thank you for visiting Screameleons. Below is an outline of our Terms and Guarantees:

• Prices listed on the website may not include Shipping & Handling. 
• We offer a 10 day health and satisfaction guarantee on all our chameleons! 
• We accept non-refundable deposits for chameleons pre-sold or placed on hold. The balance must be paid on the previously agreed upon shipment date or any day prior to that.
• We offer a live arrival guarantee on all our chameleons IF the temperature on the day of shipping remains between 32F and 90F.  In addition, somebody must be present to sign for the package.  If either of these conditions are not met, all guarantees are void.
• In the event that the animal arrives dead on arrival (DOA), you are required to contact us within 12 hours.  You must also save the body for further inspection.
• DOAs and any animals returned within 10 days will be replaced with an animal of equal value.  If no animal is available of equal value, a full refund will be issued.  We are not responsible for any shipping charges.
